Chef Patrick Heuberger is the Executive Chef and Part-Owner of Le Bistrot Du Sommelier, having previously held the same post at Au Petit Salut French Restaurant, located in Dempsey Road in Singapore. Prior to that he was Executive Chef at Bistro Petit Salut, which is the smaller more casual sister outlet.

Le Bistrot Du Sommelier specialises in authentic brasserie favourites and comfort French food. They serve hearty portions of soups and stews, such as, garbure (a clear vegetable soup with mini cheese raviolis, chicken dumplings and croutons), pork cheeks & trotters, and oven-roasted French chicken with 40 garlic cloves. There are other rustic favourites like duck leg confit, French Onion Soup (Soupe ŕ l'Onions au Comté), Beef Tenderloin Tartare (Tartare de Boeuf), Escargot (Demi-Douzaine d'Escargots de Bourgogne), and Le Cassoulet.

Chef Patrick has had a loyal following of local and expatriate gourmands who appreciate the Chef 's uncompromising commitment to serve authentic and tasty French cuisine.

Chef Patrick previously worked in Hong Kong at Cafe des Artistes in the famous Lan Kwai Fong entertainment area and classically trained in cuisine in France as well as internationally. He has been a chef for more than 15 years and worked in various Michelin-star restaurants in Europe. He teaches the Chocolate Workshop (using Valrhona chocolate only) and classic French cuisine classes at the school.
